Any good anime out there?!

Question: I'd be okay with comedy, action, or something like death note.
I haven't watched that many, really. I've only watched:
Bleach
Fruits Basket
Fullmetal Alchemist
Death note

My favorite two were bleach and death note, so anything along those lines would be great. I'd also like recommendations on what anime to watch next. I've considered DN Angel, Inuyasha, or Prince of Tennis. I haven't really considered naruto yet, because it's too long for me.
Thanks in advance.

so, in other words you want an ended series, okay, here's some:
-Slam Dunk---> If you're planning to watch prince of tennis, then just give it up and watch slam dunk instead!
-Shaman King-----> kinda good anime!
-Black Cat-------> I'm watching it right now, it's good
-Darker Than Black------> you can consider this anime similar to death note
-Jigoku Shoujo-----> a very similar anime to death note
-School Rumble------> watch it if you liked fruits basket, it has comedy and a touch of action(a bit), it's a romance anime though and it's awesome^^

if you'd like to watch ongoing series, then give One Piece a try, it's pretty long but I love it, it's up to you to watch it or not : )

Try some short anime series, then. The ones that run from about 26-50 episodes.

Samurai Champloo
Cowboy Bebop
Wolf's Rain
Blood+
FLCL

hmm then Elfen Lied it has 13 eps and one OVA and this anime is realy awesome or Claymore

Inu Yasha and The Prince of Tennis are really good series (I watched them so I should know). However, I won't recommend DN Angel because the author of the manga never finished the series so it leaves you at a cliff hanger. The anime doesn't leave you were the author left off but it doesn't answer the big questions. I also recommed Fushigi Yugi, it's very adventurous.
