Junkyard Princess, Saikano (one of my favorites), Revolutionary Girl Utena, and the movie Adolesence of Utena, Choboits...Magical Girl Rayearth is a a very tragic romance...
Watch the Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal OVA's. If you don't cry after watching them, it means you don't have a soul. This is the only anime that has me cry.
