there are two hyuga clan justu that are extremely powerful. One of them are the 8 trigram assault. It would shut down your chakra completely. Another is 8 trigrams 361palm assault. it hits every chakra point in your body thus killing you. It has a side effect on the user.

I myself just returned from the hyuga clan's hideout.
I single-handedly defeated them all without even resorting to my #1 jutsu. I wasn't even really even paying attention to their "techniques". When they hit the ground though, they do that pretty hard. Oh yeah, there was this fire thing they kept on trying to do, but it kinda tickled. They screamed pretty loudly too. So, I would have to guess the name as Ticklish Screaming Fire Technique.
They tried the evil eye stuff too.
Their eyes bulged and looked at me in a funny way.
But by the time I was done, a few seconds later,
they all looked just like knocked out pokemon.
the byakugan is a Kekkei genkai (blood line trait) that a lot of the huyga clan techniques rely on. The most powerful technique that Neji uses is the Eight Trigrams Mountain Crusher, which is essentially a version of the Eight Trigrams Empty Palm that is used at point blank range. But as stated in naruto, Neji is not a member of the main branch so there may be more powerful techniques that he has not been taught (or been able to figure out on his own) that have not been revealed yet.

I'd have to say the 8 Trigrams Eight Gates assault. It doesn't hit every chakra point and kill you. It hits the eight chakra limiters, making the eight gates unleash themselves with a surge of uncontrolable chakra. You then die.
