Question: What if Marvel and DC came to you and said we need you to kill 1 major character(either hero or villian), and turn 1 hero into a villain for each company who would you choose and why?

For the DC universe that would be easy. I would turn Super-Man evil and have Batman sacrifice himself to stop him. The two have always been rival/friends but at the same time Batman has always planned ahead for the day when the various heroes could become a threat to humanity. I think the relationship between the characters would make for an interesting story and a great sell book that would be right up there with "Death of Super-Man" in the sales bracket.
For the Marvel universe I would kill of Invisible woman in a story line that would be devastating to the entire Marvel universe and ultimately cause Franklin Richards to suffer a psychotic breakdown and kill her murder and then decide all life deserves to end. Then everyone would have to ban together to try and stop the now grieving and uber powerful Franklin before he ends the universe. It would be great because you could have all these heroes trying to stop him without hurting him and others that just let loose and try to kill him but just to get wiped across the floor. In the end Franklin would have to accept his mothers death and come to terms with his actions and accept the consequences.
i would kill spider man, and i would turn all the transformers into villians. certain apocalypse!!!
