It is when Grim gets fired from being the grim reaper. And Numbah Three from kids next door supposedly takes over. (I didn't see the whole movie.) In the movie Billy sings a song that goes kind of like:
Scary-o!
That's all I remember. Does anyone know what the movie was called?
