Easily the Pheonix, the Pheonix is an entity that is so powerful it can wipe out a solar system. When it is possessing Jean Grey there are few beings that could actually fight her toe to toe, none of which are on this list. Now the movie version of the Pheonix wasn't an alien entity but a split personality portion of Jean Grey who's telekinetics were so powerful she could rip you apart at the molecular level by moving you atoms with her mind. This also makes her able to destroy all the other contenders no problem. In second place I'd put Storm since she can keep her distance from the others and fry them with lighting or freeze Lady Death solid in a blizzard. Then I'd put Rouge in 3rd followed by Lady Death and Mystique respectively.
I would definetly get front row seats to that or watch it on PPV. I have to put my money on storm. I suppose see will win because see would zap everyone with lightning.
The Phoenix is a God, the only one that would last 3 to 4 minutes is Rouge because she could duplicate the Phoenix power (limited) and super strength.
Phoenix, this battle wouldn't even really last a minute if its a full battle with fighters not holding back. Phoenix can manipulate matter itself, she can just command the others to kill themselves.

You need to take Pheonix out to make it a fair fight, she can wipe out whole planets with a blink.
Of the rest I guess Rogue would take the rest just from sheer beating power, but lady deathstrike is like unkillable so she'd still be standing at the end, and you'd also find out that Mystique was never really in the fight at all but had snuck away somehow.
