I'd have to say kakashi (not saying that naruto or sasuke aren't good looking!) .S omething about Kakashi is so attractive, whether it be his attitude, sarcasm, or simply his good looks!

They all have their incredibly positive traits, but I'd say Naruto.
Sasuke and Kakashi never had to work twice as hard to be recognized as good shinobi. People expected greatness from them. Naruto had to earn that the hard way. He started out "slow", but he trained so hard that he became one of the strongest.
Naruto has no bloodline limit; is not a genius; didn't look "cool"; wasn't as popular as Sasuke or as Kakashi. He was treated like sh1t; he was lonely; he carried the burden of the Kyuubi and people hated him for it. And yet, that didn't make him hateful. It didn't make him bitter nor vengeful nor spiteful. Instead, it made him more emphatic, appreciative and he cherished people more.
Naruto also knows the reality of being powerful. During Shippuden, it was apparent that his desperation to save Sasuke made him more intertwined with Kyuubi, and when Captain Yamato told him his Kyuubi aura had hurt Sakura, he knew he had to confine Kyuubi and stop relying on Kyuubi's vast amounts of chakra, even if it means his defeat. So, rather than be powerful and potentially hurt people, Naruto chose to be stronger the harder way.
Naruto is also one of the greatest friends. He has been betrayed, in a really really bad way, but, he still has faith in Sasuke, and he still believes that he'll somehow manage to bring Sasuke or to save Sasuke from whatever. Gaara is also a good example. They were never really close to begin with. In fact, they began in a really horrible way, but Naruto saw Gaara's pain and loneliness, even though the redhead was a notorious cold blooded murderer.
So, Naruto, for me. He may not have a bloodlimit, and his IQ may not be hitting the superior level, but he is one hell of an amazingly emphatic character. Even with all the sadness and the hate heaped on him, he is growing into a great man. His new acquired sexiness is a great add-on. ;3
