One pop a day was too much
To be a cheerleader all you had to know was how to kartwheel
boys/girls had cooties
foot pajamas were cool
pink was the dream color
every girl wanted to be a ballerina
cartoonnetwork was famous for Scooby-Doo
belly shirts were in style
grandma channel's included the weather channel and lifetime
mtv had only music on it
nsync was god

Etc....

Getting $1 was cool, but to get $5 was SOOOOOO cool!!!!

When you could count on good ol' Saturdays to watch all the favorite's *Doug, Ren and Stimpy*

When P. Diddy was called Puff Daddy.

When Biggy, Tupac, and Selena were alive.

McDonald's or Cheek E Cheeses was the one true place you wanted to have your birthday party at.

*You remember the old Nicktoons, like the original Rugrats, Rocko's Modern Life, Ren and Stimpy (was a Nicktoon), Hey Arnold!

*Saying things such as, "Whatever" or "Talk to the hand, cause the face don't wanna talk".

*Boy bands and girl bands were all the rage. Especially those who sang uber-pop style songs.

*The Spice Girls movie. 'Nuff said.

*Tamagotchi pets, Furbys, Polly Pockets, Skip It!, and Tickle Me Elmo.

*Jelly shoes aka, Jellies (even though they were an 80's thing too).
