since karin cud sense charka and maybe she cud sense sakuraz unhumanly power on the fist!!
but if anything involed sasuke that a whole new story
sakura would win karin seems to have no good konoichi (spelled that wrong) skills what can she do to sakura anyways? she would totally lose
I think Karin would win because she must have something special since Sasuke chose her. And we don't really know what she does yet.
