I've heard rumors that a way of writing her into the Smallville universe is in the works, chances are it won't be this season though. You'll more thank likely see a young Bruce Wayne pull a cameo as Wayne Enterprises is a rival for Luthorcorp before they develop a way to get her into the story.
As for Lana being the Scarlet Witch, thats not true. Lana Lang was Clark's love interest before Lois in the comics. Scarlet Witch is a Marvel character and a mutant that is the daughter of Magneto and sister to Quicksilver.
That would be cool. I always look at various characters and try to figure out who they might be. I still think Lana is or should end up as Scarlet Witch. However, Superman and Lex were once in love with the same woman and Lex killed her, so maybe not. I didn't read the comics and I don't know how close to the comics the cartoons of the 70's were. WW would be cool though.
although they don't stay within comics continuity all the time, superman doesn't meet ww until they form the justice league. it's still not out of the question though.
