Yes, I'm pretty sure that the user could kill the opponent while they are caught in the genjutsu. When Naruto was caught in Itachi's genjutsu in Naruto Shippuden, Kakashi was still fighting Itachi so we know the user could move and everything while casting a genjutsu. I'm also pretty sure that Sakura said that Naruto was just standing there while he was caught in the genjutsu so I'm pretty sure that he could have been killed.
it is possible but as far as i know no one has attacked or killed anyone while in the illusion
the illusion is so convincing.....the opponents brain thinks it is real......so if u kill ur opponent in the illusion.....their brain will think thy r dead....so thy will die
i know ha... how stupid can shinobi's be... i mean while they're frozen in a genjutsu, go and attack their real body...
but i think theres a special unwritten rule about cheating like that maybe... lol... i mean, if u can, why dont u...
yeah its just an illusion of the eyes not the body
