Help naruto question about Ino?!
Question: Ino's jutsu "Mind transfer jutsu" once she is in their body what does she do? How does she hurt them because anything that happens to the person will happen to the user also, same with shikamaru's "Shadow possession jutsu"... PLEASE HELP ME!

Shika's "Shadow possession no jutsu" is used for delay and ambushes. Thus why during the chase after Sasuke and gaara in the Chunin exams, Shika went back to stop the 9 sound nin following them. Another version,that in a couple episodes later youll see, shika's father will use the strangling possession no jutsu or something like that. This is more for killing the person by using your/their own shadow.
Ino's "mind transfer no jutsu" is more for interrigation. There are two forms of this. one is where you can control the actions of the person and their attacks. Another is when you look through their mind for memories or something. that's why it would be more perferred with Ibiki in interrigation techniques. They wouldn't be able to hide anything from Ino. Also, her father came up with a jutsu turning one ally against another also seen in the chunin exam arc when the sound invaded. This would be more on the attacking side. There is also (I'm not sure about this next one) but there is one for multiple people later developed. It it along the lines of her father's jutsu but used for crowds and switches person to person having them attack themselves. (REMEMBER NOT COMPLETELY SURE)
As they have said though, the mind transfer is better to be used in combination with the shadow possession. Asuma's team all together is made more for delay/ interrigation tactics like Kurinai's team is for tracking.

like during the chunin exams, ino used her jutsu on sakura to get the answers to the written test.
My opinion on this matter is:
About Ino's mind transfer jutsu, what it does was the user's soul actually entered the victim's body and control it from the inside. We have seen many instances of Ino using that jutsu, and what did she do actually? Nothing! She just fainted or slept, but it's because her soul was inside the victim's body and not hers.
Its original purpose, like what Akatsuki Freak said, was for interrogation and spying. It's not suited for attacking since when the victim is hurt, the user's soul was affected and therefore, the user's body was hurt too.
Meanwhile, Shikamaru's shadow manipulation jutsu does the same thing as Ino's jutsu does, but on the outside. No soul was transferred; instead the user's shadow merged with the victim's so the movements will be restricted to what the user's doing.
We have seen Kin and Temari's battle with Shikamaru, right? What he did was controlling their movements through his shadow that merged with theirs, and made the moves so that the victim would move according to what the user did. So Kin hit herself on the wall; not because she was hit but was affected by Shikamaru's movements and when he dodged, she followed (but unfortunately she had the wall behind her, lol). This jutsu, as Akatsuki Freak said, was for delay and ambushes, but unlike Ino's soul transfer jutsu, he affected the victim instead.
