New and short anime?!
Question: I want it to be fairly new.. and i want it to be short. I like romance, but I like action way better IF it is good.
I like bleach, naruto is okay... tried to watch inuyasha but couldn't
any suggestions?

Inukami! (Fairly new, only a year or two old)
24 episodes, and one movie (but its really only a 30 min ova)
very good comedy/romance with some action
kind of heavy on fanservice, but no nudity
Elfen Lied (old, sorry!) is also pretty good, with a lot of violence and fighting (very gory and bloody), but its really really dark. Theres romance, and a little comic relief, but it is by no means a happy or uplifting story. Its mostly about humanity, with a lot of both judeo-christian as well as pagan influence, with references to the apocolypse, and the main heroin/antagonist can be interpreted as symbolizing Lilith.
Full Metal Panic is a series I loved (But its kind of old...) Its mostly romantic comedy and mecha. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Full_Metal_...

Kyoshiro to Towa no Sora. Its a mecha/romance/comedy, and very recent. They have it on crunchyroll.
I sort of know what kind of series you mean, but there arent many decent new ones. In fact, it seems most of the past couple years are ruled by bleach, naruto, and inuyasha, and all the new stuff is either dark and violent, or romantic comedy, or ecchi.
And i completely agree. Bleach is good, naruto is ok, and I couldn't watch inuyasha either.
A GREAT anime movie is Princess Monoke I like bleach and I LOVED princess Monoke
Amazingly, alot of people have never heard of Princess Tutu. I just finished the series ( 26 episodes) and I CRIED at the end. It was EXCELLENT! It seems like a kids' show but it has a deeper and darker side to it. Almost mysterious. The artwork is adorable, and the plot was very original.

Gakuen Alice( 26 episodes) has characters that are drawn very similarly to Princess Tutu's. The plot is very interesting. The humor is LOL. The sad moments are touching. Overall, one of my favorite animes.

Have you ever watched Ouran High School Host Club?(26episodes) The plot was very original, and the character development was so good that it makes you care about every person. One of my personal favorites. I LOVE the music for this AMV.

If you happen to like Ouran Host Club, you will LOVE Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge(also known as Perfect Girl Evolution or the Wallfower). The plot is alittle similar. The artwork is unique. It's really funny at times, and sometimes it just kind of makes you sigh. It's very good, though. It seems VERY weird at the beginning, but stick with it and you will like it!

um, try reading manga, ull get interested, and try to make up ur own stories with ur own characters.
Blood+! But it's about to end (20 more episodes to go (out of 50)) And after episode 33, it gets confusing.
