nope, she's just sharp/clever at picking situations up such as: when harima was naked and was behind eri wit his hand on her mouth XD
no akira can't read minds she just has sharp eyes and can pick up on things. i have watched the anime and read some of the manga and it doesnt mention in either that akira has the power to read minds.
