www.mangatraders.com just came out with chapters 37-40 and www.mangatemple.com has chapter 60. if you're interested you can find the lovely complex anime for download at:

I've tried looking in mangatraders, animeEDEN, and VNManga, and there are also only 32 chapters! I think that the ones who scanlated it has only reached up to chapter 32 now. You will just have to wait for their next release! I've just found about Lovely Complex (both anime and manga) recently, but I still want to finish the manga soon and watch the anime, and movie (that is live-action)! :D
