70's or 80's Halloween cartoon special?!
Question: Years ago, I remember watching a Halloween special that cam on TV a couple of years in a row. It would have been somewhere between 1980-84. It featured kids who were dressed as a witch, a werewolf, and a ghost and turned into the real thing on Halloween night. At the end, they were sad and ended up being real kids again. I can't remember anything else about it or the name--can anyone help me?
