nejiten is really hinted in the shippuden series, especially when they faced kisame (remember when tenten was stuck in the bubble). anyway, i dunno if it's true or what, but there's a naruto spoiler floating around the internet, the one that kishimoto supposedly released in japan. it says there that naruto and hinata would end up together--but of course we dunno about that. although their teams are together in the manga, so we'll just have to see! :D it'll be a cute pairing though. ;)

Possibly there are rumors going around about Naruto and Hinata being together in Shippuuden..but we'll just have to wait and see :D
Yes i do think NaruHina is possible, because she is the only one who has ever believed in him all along no matter wat....she supports him in watever he does and he does the same for her...its only a matter of time before kishimoto begins to work on naruto's relationship...hinata and naruto have been through some of the same struggles...they know how it feels to be thought of as a weakling who will never amount to anything...he grows because of her....when she loses her match against neji...it makes him stronger making him want to finish wat hinata started...she shows him that even weaklings can work hard and improve even if in the slightest bit...
He in return those the same for her...he empowers her to do things others have told her she cannot....he shows her that words cannot stop a person from accomplishing they're goals...she is his quiet serene and logical side while he is her wild and unpredictable side...they complete each other by being that which the other is not...they are in the early stages of they're relationship but its all in due time...kishimoto likes the suspense...lol
and as for NejiTen
I would have to say that yes it is also possible, because she is the only one he has ever shown a small concern for...in many ways his ways of affection are much like that of sasuke's only he is able to develop his emotions and let them out...while sasuke was not because of his many problems....
Tenten always seems patient and understanding when it comes to him...they form a special bond training together...they trust each other on helping to make each other become stronger...after neji lets go of his anger u are able to see he has a much softer and kinder side...which we see more of when we enter shippuden...she is always the first he goes to help...his concerns for her are often top priority...but at the same time he does not underestimate her as being incapable of defending herself...not to mention he is often seen accompanying her...this shows he's comfortable with her outside they're team...
