There is a Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid OVA like the first answerer said. Full Metal Panic! is adapted into manga, but the anime was based on the light novel. The OVA was released just last year. From what I hear, since I didn't read the light novels, there is a chance that KyoAni [producers of Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu, Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid, and Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid OVA] could make another season. That's probably just a rumor though. There isn't any offical news of more episodes, but with the way TSR ended, I think there definitely could be another season. It would probably help if there is enough of the novel to make another season. At least I hope so, I saw FMP, Fumoffu, TSR, and the OVA. Hopefully there'll be more.
There is a 1 episode "Second Raid OVA"
A 30-minute OVA depicting the a peaceful day aboard Mithril's Tuatha De Dannan from Captain Teresa Testarossa's point of view as she struggles to remember the events of the previous day after being tricked into taking a drink. Tessa wakes up in her command chair. Still half asleep she runs in on Sagara. When she is finally fully awake, she tries to figure out what has happened to her doll the night before.

Well Full Metal Panic! has 24 episodes and they stopped making them in 2002 so i doubt they'll start it up again after all these years...
But the manga is still going on with 19 volumes so far....you can read chapters 1-24 at the this link...

As for Fumoffu...it has only 12 episodes and they stopped making since 2003...so i doubt they would also start it up again after all these years...and there inst a manga..so that no is officially finished i would say...

edit- yep there are two OVA's which the other user's have told you about...but other than that there aren't any more episodes...
there are tsr ovas but they are all about tessa and are kinda boring. i really hope that they will continue on with a new season cause they cant just leave it off like that! i need to know whats gonna happen with lenard testarosa and if kaname and sosuke are ever gonna admit their feelings to each other! so far i haven't seen any mention of a new season though.
