Lol. i was going to recommend you to watch Yakitate, but since you've already watched it....
well... School Rumble is a very humorous school-based romance anime. It revolves around the love-lives of 3 school students: A 'tough' student is in love with a girl who is in love with a boy who is in love with food... it's very funny, and i definitely recomment you watch it. =)
Ah! My Goddess (or Oh! My Goddess) is also a nice romantic comedy. Though the lead female has a rather submissive personality, it's still a really sweet story and has a very nice ending.
Several Miyazaki films are romantic, like Howl's Moving Castle for example.
Midori no Hibi is also a nice romantic comedy. However, it's rather 'ecchi'.. so, maybe you might not want to watch it... It's very humorous at times, and at other times quite serious, and i'd recommend it because it is a good anime. But, yeah.. it does contain some 'ecchi' scenes....
A very funny and rather strange anime is 'Lucky Star'. There is no actual 'plot', but the anime style is very cutesy and the characters are funny and cute. And the things they talk about in each episode is just LOL. This one's only comedy, and no romance.
