Try these. The ones I'm listing are generally comic book based:
Raven: a gothic member of the Teen Titans who posseses telekinetic abilities
Terra: another Teen Titan capable of manipulating the earth
If you're looking for martial artists, I suggest these:
Lady Shiva: an enemy of Batman and mother of Batgirl
Elektra: a ninja and assasin from Marvel Comics with very cool weaponries
Rose Wilson: daughter of serial killer Slade Wilson and practices swordmanship (also a Teen Titan)

Black Canary. DC Comics. She uses different martial arts and has a sonic scream to defeat her enemies. (Green Arrow's girlfriend, member of Justice League frome time to time.)
Tigress. Marvel comics. She has feline powers, and is marked with tiger stripes all over her body.
Elektra. Marvel comics. She uses martial arts, including weapons such as sais.
Lightining Lass. DC comics. From the Legion of Super-Heroes from the future, she uses lightning strikes against her opponents.
Hawkgirl. DC comics. She uses flight, strength, and martial arts and weapons against her opponents.
Stargirl. DC comics. She uses a cosmic rod that blasts energy at her enemies, stunning them. She has also been trained in martial arts.
Spider-Woman. Not related to Spider-Man, but she can stick to walls, jump, fly, and shoots a stunning "sting"against her enemies. Also been trained in martial arts because she is an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., a super-spy agency.
Ms. Marvel. Marvel comics. Has super-strength, can fly at very fast speeds.
Mary Marvel. DC comics. She is Capt. Marvel's (also known as SHAZAM) sister. She has powers similar to Capt. Marvel, including super-strength, speed, flight, and intelligence.
Black Widow. Marvel comics. She is a super-spy for S.H.I.E.L.D. and is well known for using gadgets and really, really uses a lot of martial arts. Cool costume, too.
