In the cartoon series teen titans who is slade, his real identity? and does Batm!

Question: The actual origin from the comics is the character Deathstroke. The name sounded too violent for children so it was changed to Slade. His real name is Slade Wilson, a mercenary and assassin.

Batman does not make an appearance although there have been references to him when it comes to Robin. One of the moments that stand out is when Slade tells Robin, "I can be your father." and Robin replies "I already have a father," The camera pans behind him and a swarm of bats fly towards the screen.

Nice answer by kpan but you forgot to mention the neon sign, I believe it was...that spelled out the name Wayne. They were fighting ontop of one of the Wayne buildings.
