Well, actually its not that new. It's been there for quite a while and the channel? It depends on your cable provider and where you live. There's another anime channel called FUNimation, but XD you probably already heard of them. Here's some help to find the channel for you specifically. Go to their website. then click on schedule, there should be a list that comes down from it. The first one say 24/7 schedule, and a scroll box with a bunch of their channels depending on the cable provider and location. HOPE IT HELPS!! :D
Only channels I can tell you that play anime are Toon, Sicfi, and Fuse unless your into those kiddie cartoons like Micky mouse.
