Cowboy Bebop is the only one with out any supernatural aspects

I'd say cowboy bebop too. Everything else has to do with death/killing, "death"note, "gun"grave, "hell"sing, and trinity "blood." I'm probably way off but that's what I think!
I would say death note. It's the one with the least guns in it. All the other shows you listed are all about weapons, death note is about wit, and magic.
death note also. all the other anime are like guns and action and all.... even if some have monsters and others dont.
death note, however, is not like that at all. its completely different!! its more of a suspense/mystery type anime to me. =]
