Hmm...that's a good question. My only recommendation would be the Lucky Star series.
im not a big fan of anime but my frends are. they always watch: fruit basket and bleach
me and my freinds love anime and its not always happy but it does at times make you jump up and down especialy when it gets good and says those bad words "to be continued" you should watch Bleach,Blood Plus, Full Metal Alchemiest, Naruto or this new one thats coming out its called Bullet Note
For me just Naruto. But my friend is crazy about Bleach
inuyasha gets me sooo hyped!! seriously!!

certain eps of fruits basket are just sooo great that youll smile throughout the whole ep!!
oh! and ouran highschool host club makes me laugh alot!!
