It's on a DVD entitled "Donald Duck and the Gorilla", which contains 6 Donald Duck cartoons: Donald Duck and The Gorilla (the one you're looking for), Duck Pimples, Donald's Lucky Day, Pluto's Judgement Day, Lonesome Ghosts, and Trick Or Treat.

If you can't find that DVD, the cartoon is also included on the DVD set entitled "Walt Disney Treasures - The Chronological Donald, Volume Two (1942 - 1946)".
