I downloaded all the English subs of the first episode to compare a bit and my choice goes to the group Anonymous. Their subs seem correct ( I don't speak Japanese but after 5 years watching anime in Japanese I begin to understand ) and they keep the correct caracters names, whereas GundamS didn't.

Nyoro~n seamed good but the first ep had some typo errors and some translation weren't that good.

Finally, there is Mendoi / Conclave who are 2 good groups but the work they did on Gundam 00 is just average for me. I watched the medium quality realease and the font was just horrible and had some errors. Plus I thing I really didn't like was when they translated "retreat" instead of "enemy's attack" when Lockon first fired to help Setsuna.
