Luckily for you, I can read abit of Japanese and the manga-ka's name is Kyousuke Usuta and the manga is Pyu-To Fuku! Jagger (I came to this conclusion by matching the hiragan and kanji in the titles of the video and manga), which was hard to find and all I could find about it was this little video thing on youtube:
