Question: I think it was Japanese but not Captain Tsubasa , i think it was called shoot ...not sure ...i remember a player was playing before in Germany and he die after scoring a magnificent gall , also i remember the main charector was shooting with his left foot .

Aoki Densetsu Shoot or simply shoot.
I haven't watched it, so can't verify the things you remember... but it might be "Aoki Densetsu Shoot!". 58 episode show from 93-94, and a movie in 94?
