I'm guessing he needs an outfit?
let's say a bright orange work coverall,complete with safety hat and glasses?
-powerful enough to spit nails iinto wallboard
-parasails faster than a flying red termite
-able to leap over the phone lines,with a ladder for a boost
-microscopic hearing so powerful he can detect cockroaches arriving in hordes for lunch left on the counter
- saves small children happily playing in wading pools,much to their mother's dismay
-and runs faster than a speeding shoulder purse can be flung

He's able to shrink down and go though a key hole? and retrived small lost objects without making a spectical of himself.??

I can't come up with super powers at the moment. The only thing I keep thinking is if he's measly man as a super hero, his everyday disguise must make him super hot! And if he's super hot the super powers will take care of themselves!

Able to unlock doors with a wet noodle.
