If Batman was prepared, he would find a way to beat both these guys. His intellect makes him a formidable opponent. Spiderman is probably not favored against either of these two. He doesn't have the power to beat Superman, or the ruthlessness to beat Batman. If you just put them in a room, though, obviously Superman is FAR stronger and more powerful than either.

Unless Kryptonite is involved how can you beat the Man of Steel? Batman is just a regular guy with gadgets and Spider-Man is a regular guy with a few powers, but Superman is Superman.

i've seen a few comics where they beef up batman and have him putting Superman down, but come on, Superman would win. He has too many powers and he is smart too, it would be a good fight but if it were to the death, Superman would win. Spiderman has less of a chance than Batman, no chance he wins. Maybe they could team up, then they would have a better chance

Superman would win. He's a super alien......Batman and Spiderman are mere humans. Superman doesn't need gadgets and what little powers Spiderman possess are no comparison to Superman.

spidey i like you but you are toast you dont stand a chance in hell against those two
superman well he has the eye laser so he would fry both before they can even think about it
batman off course unlimited gadgets can make him somewhat formidable but he will be dead in time

If Batman knew he was going to get into the fight ahead of time, he would prepare for the others' weaknesses and Spidey's spider-sense. I think Spidey would be the overall loser due to Batman's preparation and Superman's speed.

Now if you added Wolverine into the mix, he would wait for Supes and Spidey to be finished off and then do something unpredictable that Batman hadn't planned for.
