yes the third hokage is asuma's father...however asuma is not konohamaru's father...he's his uncle...apparently the third had another child not sure if male or female who was konohamaru's mother or father...his parents seemed to have died but kishimoto doesnt get into detail as to explain as to how or what they died from...konohamaru lives with his grandfather the third while he is still alive...however after the third dies it isnt clear as to who or where konohamaru lives...he may have someone take care of him since he's grandfather was the third...but kishimoto gave no detail to that either...

asuma is the third hokage's son but is not the father of knonhamaru. there was never any official conformation of asuma fathering konohamaru leaving me to beleive that asuma had a brother who fathered the child

The Third had at least two children, Asuma, and the parent of Konahamaru, because asuma is involved with someone but not married and they dont have kids, he cant be konahamarus dad, there is more to this but it goes into manga spoilers

Asuma's father is Sarutobi and Asuma's name is Asuma Sarutobi. Asuma is Konohamaru's uncle not his father. they revealed that the third is Asuma's father is in the manga Chapter 314 and revealed that Asuma is Konohamaru's uncle in Chapter 330. For more information, go to
