Boondocks characters older?!
Question: On the second season premier of the Boondocks, did the characters seem older? Thier appearances looked and voices sounded older. Does anybody know if the show is going to age the characters as the show goes along, unlike most cartoons?

No, they're not going to get older. Huey and Riley aren't ever going to grow up. The strip ran in papers for over six years and none of the children ever got older, so I don't think Aaron McGruder will do something different in the cartoon. I believe Aaron McGruder, the creator of the Boondocks, said he was displeased with the quality of the animation in the first season, and he tried to retool the art for the second season so it would look better, so if they look different, that's probably why.
They're not getting older, but they have been looking and sounding like it. DID THY GO THROUGH PUBERTY?! jk.
