Answers: I read up on Planet Hulk and World War Hulk in wikipedia, but never actually read the books. Does Hulk turn into banner in the series, if not then why?

I haven't read any of the WWH books, though I want to, but I was a long-time reader of the Hulk and I can tell you that he does not change back to Banner unless he is particularly calm or relaxed, and from what I have read about the events of WWH that would pretty much never happen. If he is angry enough, or in the right kind of emotional state, the Hulk will stay the Hulk even if he goes to sleep. Banner doesn't come back except under very specific circumstances.

For those who have been more up to date on the Hulk, someone killed Betty? I mean, I know there was a storyline a while back where she was poisoned by the Abomination and died but later returned. She was killed again? For real? By who?

No because his rage actually left the Hulk state and not returning to the Banner state.He is angry because some of Marvel Heroes killed his wife.
