The Anime should have a romance and drama genre. Please I need your help guys.

Answers: Watch "5 Centimeters per Second" only 3 episodes, great drama and new. I was crying.
Also for drama, check out samurai X: Trust and betrayal (Ruroni Kenshin OVA). One of the best anime ever produced.
