The last two are just places where people add links of videos from other sites. They're often outdated links that no longer work, because these other sites (like Veoh/Youtube/Dailymotion) are constantly pruning the illegal things from their pages.
I love to use Stage6 for anime and other shows. You have to really poke around to find stuff sometimes (and be fairly good with the search function), but they don't prune videos very often at all. You have to download DivX to use it, but it's a great program. dailymotion.com

^_^ Apart from a recent bug in the new version, Veoh is working fine. You'll have to download the Veoh Player but once you have downloaded a video you can watch it on any other player you like. watch online at www.crunchyroll.com
