im just wondering if he is his father they look so alike! im on chapter 372 in naruto shippuden btw!

Maito Gai (Might Guy, if you prefer) is actually Rock Lee's team sensei. Since he found out that Lee wanted to be a ninja through only Taijutsu (Lee sucks in other abilities like Genjutsu or Ninjutsu), Gai took him as his favourite student and taught him all he knew. Lee took Gai as his mentor and idol; his hairstyle and fashion sense were thanks to the influence of that Maito Gai.
Until now, although it was not mentioned, Gai still have preferences towards Lee than his other students, Neji and Ten Ten. no they are not. in some episode(i cant remember)the two along with tenten and neji meet. guy grows a liking torwards lee and starts treating him like a son. it's mentioned that the two are not related but just have really bushy eyebrows along with the fact that lee had a haircut to look like guy nah they have the same eyebrows but rock lee decided to cut his hair like guy's because he looks up to him.. if you see one of the earlier shows rock lee use to have a long pony tail before he met mite guy No.......................they just have an ironic simallar taste in style No, they are not related, in the episodes after the chuunin exam, Might Guy directly says, himself::
