ok if u have watched the shippuuden series u will have known that itachi fights naruto. In their battle itachi uses genjutsu on naruto and makes sasuke in lvl 2 curse seal form on the right side of his face and gaara's eye appear on his hand and etc., now from what i understand the user of genjutsu controls the oppenents senses, so how would itachi have known about sasuke and narutos fight and how sasuke looked in lvl 2 curse seal and gaara and naruto's relationship as friends?
Answers: I agree with Sarah.
By using a genjutsu, the user usually hinted on something the victim most feared of. It didn't matter if he knew what the thing was or not; Itachi didn't know about Sasuke's CS2 form, and also Naruto's relationship with Gaara. Besides, he wasn't the one watching it (since he can still fight other people outside the genjutsu). The user, in my opinion, merely enjoyed the horrible look on his victim's face.
That was why Sasuke had to re-watch the tragic Uchiha clan massacre when he tried to save Naruto from Itachi - it was something he really afraid of.
Naruto feared failing to protect his friends the most; I have read somewhere in the Net that Naruto's vision actually meant something. Like Sasuke appearing as his other half indicated that he was someone very close, like he was actually part of Naruto. Sakura appeared on his stomach because she was the one he liked the most, and so on.
Forgive the lack of information about this one; I have read it about last year and have forgotten all about it. -_- Itachi found out that sasuke and naruto had a fight
1. because sasuke isnt in the leaf village
2. Atkasukia is tring to find him and their keeping a close eye on gaara
so thats how he knew I think he didn't know, he just used his genjutsu to show Naruto what he most disliked, which just so happened to be him being blamed by everybody for everything.
