School Romance/Comedy anime?
I really would like to have a nice anime to watch... I have watched, Kamichama Karin, Tokyo mew mew, Mermaid melody, Pretear, Kodocha or Kodomo no Omacha, and Alice academy or Gakuen Alice...
Out of all of these i really like Gakuen alice the best.. i really like animes that have fantasy, and start out with the boy hating the girl or opposite. If you could list one that is like Gakuen alice and tokyo mew mew..... thanks!

hana yori dango (boys over flowers) is another good one.
la corda d'oro isnt really romantic... well, kinda... but its just sooo good!
ultra maniac... romantic... though it takes place in middle school.

diamond daydreams is abunch of romantic stories about these five or six girls. in the end they all meet up together ^^

nana is romantic. not a high school anime, though. but romantic.
based on ehat youve watched i suggest ouran high school host club. its not really romantic romantic but its super cute!
there is also the original sailor moon ^^ lol!!
hope this helps! Have u try School Rumble? I like it despite of it unexpected ending!! try watching love hina or shakugan no shana. and of course, the answer above. I really love Fushigi Yugi. It's filled with action, comedy, romance, revenge, betrayal, and fantasy. It's a great anime! I thought it was hilarious, but it'll still make you cry and go "Omg, I wasn't expecting that." You'll fall in love with all the characters(even the evil ones!). There's never a dull moment and there's always something happening in every episode! Highly Recommended!!! (Although it doesn't take place at school)
I would also highly recommend Peach Girl. It isn't fantasy and has a high school setting. It's also filled with romance and an awesome love triangle!!!
There's also Lovely Complex and Ouran Host Club.
I would watch Fushigi Yugi first. But, Peach Girl is a must! ... I would like to recommend

Lum series try zero no tsukaima. its about this boy who was summond to a magical school by a witch to be her familiar and protect her. only problem is that she wanted to summon something cool so that people would finally respect her but she just summond a peasent human! so in the begining they both dislike each other but it turns out that both the mage and the familiar have a mysterious power that has been lost to the magical world for a long time.
full of comedy and romance as well as some action.
also try shakugan no shana. its about a boy who is saved by a slayer girl and she tell him that he is already dead! apparently he is a substitute human called a torch. very good anime where they also start out not really liking each other or understanding each other very well. check out a full description on www.wikipedia.org.
