Answers: lol...i guess u werent happy with ur last responses...well okay..
i would have to sat that most likely yes...he has no other reason to stay away from konoha after he kills his brother...he only left to gain power and avenge his clan..once he's done that he has no reason not to return....he wouldn't become a villain because the only person he has a grudge against is his brother...besides he says his other goal is to revive his clan..which was build in konoha...so if he were to do it properly he would also revive his clan were it began....
its only a matter of time before he comes bak...
unless he dies in the fight with itachi...i would have to say yes he will come back...however i dont think kishimoto would kill sasuke off in such a way...the whole story would lose a big chunk of itself...but then again only kishimoto knows!...

in the manga it seems he's about to have a last confrontation with his brother..so maybe in the next 30 chapters he'll return...
