I just finished watching Nana episode 47, and i am really confused. How did it end? Who was that little girl? What happened to Nana (not hatchi one)? Was that even the end?

you don't have to answer every single one of those questions, just try to explain it as best as you can.

Answers: It's the future... NANA is told as a flash back story, that's why the beggining of each episode is like a narration.
The little girl is hachi and takumi's daughter. The last episode is really confusing because it's not really the end... it's barely half of the story. you should continue reading the manga so you won't be so confused. Here:
