Do you ever think about what's going on around the world?

Like...

People suffering in Africa because of AIDS, no money to feed their family so sometimes have to starve, or being forced to fight at the age of 8.

Or people in China where you can only have 2 kids per family and more then that, then you might have to sell some.
(can you imagine that, selling your sister or brother?)
And men are looked upon as greater than women.

In other countries, kids can't have an education, they have to stay home and help their parents work, or just don't have the money to go.

Have you ever thought of that?

I look around and people around here don't realize how good they have it. They worry about material items and if they should ask out that boy/girl. Education isn't that important to them and all they care about is looking "cool"

So next time when you think your life sucks, then think again...
You're pretty lucky. Be grateful!

I think about it every day. Mostly...are we ever going to get out of this war that we shouldn't have started in the first place before things get MUCH worse? I hope it doesn't get to that point because then we ALL will suffer!
