It was his daughters 9th birthday yesterday its sad that he will not be around for all those family occasions.
The Queensland government have just announced a wildlife reserve named in his honour which I thought was very appropriate.
Its still hard imagine a man so full of life could be gone but he did makes us all aware of animal conservation so his legacy will never be lost.
