Why do I end up w/someone else's photo on the Simpsonize site?!

Why do I end up w/someone else's photo on the Simpsonize site?
First of all, it takes FOREVER to do this Simpsonize thing. Judging from other answers on here, it's because there are too many users. But I did eventually get through to the options section (where you choose gender, clothing type, and hair) but after that it goes crazy! Sometimes it gives me that error about not being able to recognize the photo or that there are too many people online (which it should have said before it brought me to the options page). But twice it came to the actual Simpsoniz-ing page, but both those times a different photo appeared. I'm female, and both times they were male! One was a guy in sunglasses, the other was some random teen. Has this happened to anyone else? Has anyone been successful with Simpsonize? Why does it do this?
