It depends on your preferences because I didn't enjoy it as much as the people I know who've loved it ever since.
The anime basically invovles human-like robot or Persocom called Chi who is cluelessand this guy named Hideki finds her in a garbage dump and then the story continues from there. The anime is meant for older guys but you can still enjoy it if you like special ecchi moments...
