Have you met the Letter People?

Please tell me I'm not the only one here who remembers the Letter People! I watched that at school in kindergarten, and I swear it was like my whole life back then (and I'm still a huge fan now). Mr. J has, strangely, always been my absolute favourite one, with Mr. H right up there as my second favourite. I also remember drawing Mr. M and Mr. T (not the "I pity the fool" Mr. T!) like all the time when I was 5. Sadly, I now own CD versions of 3 of the records and I made a Mr. P doll. I almost cried when I recently found out that the rights were sold and everything was changed...

They don't sell CDs. The fan club website has downloads of the songs (which can then be burned to CD, etc.), plus I've heard that some people have converted all the tapes of the show to DVD. There are also tons of videos on youtube (somebody put up each letter's song, plus Star Trip and all this other stuff from the show).

OMG! That's one of my favorite things about when I was in kindergarten! "Come and meet the letter people, come and meet the family...." When I got home, sometimes I'd play games based on the letter characters and the sounds they made. :)

I didn't know they had cds and whatnot? Will have to research that....

My own kids would LOVE it.
