They just started it today in Illinois.
Answers:
Not to the extent they're taking it. Some places here in Missouri won't even allow it outside on their property. And I don't think you can smoke at the Stadium because there are people around.
Second hand smoke may be dangerous, but people have the right to do it if they want to. I don't, and don't plan to, but I figure that this is a free country. You should be allowed to smoke if you choose.
Another ridulous thing on the news today: the annoucer person said something about people are still allowed to smoke in certain places, like in your home. I was like, "Well, yeah. I'd like to see them try to come onto private property and tell people they can't smoke."
