The people who asked me are very smart people.. how can they believe in these apparent scams?

Quixtar, enough said! Don't do it. I was in it. It's noting but a waste of time and money. The up-link IBO's never stopped pestering me when I was in that program. "Team meeting team meeting in Nashville can you make it?" I went to one of those conventions, and it was like a CULT. I was in that program for six months and I made a heafty sum of $8.00. WOW!
Those IBO's (independent business owners) are desperate themselves to get people (you) to join under them so they can make a little money. They will say just about anything you want hear. EX: success, money, cars, homes, blah blah blah, etc.
Just remember, if you join you will become one of them. Mostly unsuccessful.
