I think that Mos Def is the best. He has soo much passion about his music and lyrics. He does not care about making millions of dollars, he just does it cause he loves it. All his music has a story to tell. Weather it is about our government and war such as the track "bin laden" he did with immortal technique, to simple tracks as "ms. fat booty" which is not as simple as the title makes it seem. He has even done a track in Spanish (very good Spanish) in tony touch's the piece maker "What's That? (Que Eso?)". He has also never been afraid to try new music, tracks that when you first listen to it you probably say what the !@#$. like "umi says" on his black on both sides. Mos Def is a very conscientious MC that is very under appreciated to what he has contributed to the hip hop game.
