Wow. I envy all of you who do have a good relationship with the MIL. I used to...I absolutely adored my husbands mother and she adored me...until the wedding plans started and we both saw a different side of each other. It only got worse from there... ;-(

Yes. I love my mother in law. She has alot of health problems and she had to come stay with us at one point because of that. I had to care for her and help her take her insulin and her medications, and during that time we bonded pretty good. She's very sweet and has always treated me like a daughter. She calls me more than she calls my husband, to tell you the truth!
