Tough question. If you can not take it back then you have to keep on trucking. You can't allow yourself to dwell and suffer in your mistakes because it will be emotionally unhealthy for you.
We are humans. We all make mistakes that's the part of life. But if we can learn from our mistakes then that makes us even better.
